Breast cancer survivor who turned down Playboy as a young woman poses nude 30 years on to give others hope
As a young women she was invited to share her body with the world on the pages of Playboy.
Pamina Brassey was just 17 when she was approached in a restaurant by a recruiter for the magazine, but she chose not to take up the offer.
But now, more than 30 years later, she has gone topless - a brave decision given she has just emerged successfully from a fight with breast cancer.
The 49-year-old jewellery designer took the brave decision to pose with her mastectomy scars to give hope to other victims of the disease.
'The picture is an affirmation of life. It has restored my confidence and made me feel sexy again, says Ms Brassey, who is originally from Boston but has lived in London for 25 years.
